Located hillside in Alta Vista, just above the popular Zona Romantica & Los Muertos Beach, Villa Lucia has breathtaking ocean views of the Bay & the town.  The 4 bedroom luxury villa has over 7000 Sq. Ft. of indoor & outdoor living space perfect for enjoying the balmy tropical climate.  The contemporary designed villa has simple lines and serene organic details to blend harmoniously with the nearby tropical rain forest of the Sierra Madre mountains.

The heated infinity pool has a spacious terrace with covered outdoor living area plus sun lounges.  There are 4 spacious guest suites, 2 of these are Master bedrooms, all have ocean views, private balconies & ensuite baths.  The villa is family friendly for children over 10 years and allows up to 4 extra children sharing bedrooms.  Note an extra fee applies.

Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size beds, Ensuite bath, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, Private terrace, ocean views.

Gym one level down Plus 2 Bedroom suite with living & full kitchen plus 2nd Pool.
