Verano Beach House has direct access to Los Muertos beach.  The villa has a private entrance from Calle Santa Barbara Street.  One can walk along the cobblestone street towards town and soon reach the familiar beachfront locations of La Palapa and Daiquri Dicks.  One can also walk along Los Muertos beach to reach these locations where the extension of the Malecon now ends. 

Accommodating a maximum of two persons in approx. 2000 sq.ft., it is located on the lower part of the waterfront estate.  Sweeping views of the Bay and beach invite from every room. Furnished in an elegant, contemporary design, it is exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The outside dining terrace is open to the sea, and the view from the living room commands a spectacular 180° degree view of the Bay of Banderas. Just ten steps from your private heated infinity pool, the large air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size pillow-top bed, sitting area, sunken tub and shower and spacious sun deck with outdoor shower. For those who have to stay in touch, the comfortable office area features wireless high speed Internet, copier/printer, dedicated fax, and all the essentials. A portable ipod-compatible stereo/CD player is provided for your entertainment as well as flat screen TV. 

A fully equipped kitchen invites a chef to offer all day service at $150 or just dinner service at the charge of $80, not including food.  Chef is available to stock the kitchen with items you would like to have available for your personal use or to prepare meals.  A houseboy is available to arrange for taxis or Spa services or other local activities.
