This color-drenched villa just 15 minutes from quaint downtown is located on the oceanfront side of the small community of Mismaloya, facing renowned Los Arcos National Park. Enter via the palapa reception area which has an amazing view of the beach. The next level boasts three master bedrooms, each with king bed, walk-in closet, en suite bath with jacuzzi, and an oceanfront terrace. The main level provides a well-appointed living room and en suite family room with 50" flat screen TV, dining area seating 14, and state-of-the-art kitchen. Also on this level is another king suite with jacuzzi and oceanfront terrace. The pool and palapa, with bar, brick oven, six-person outdoor jacuzzi and al fresco dining area, offers a number of entertainment possibilities. The lower level has two king suites, each with jacuzzi and oceanfront terrace, and a large open playroom with billiards table, complete bar and lounge area with screen for cinema viewing. The mural room adds two queen beds and a hot tub. The new 8th bedroom features two single beds which can also become one king size bed. The manicured lawn, equipped with fire pit and easy beach access, leads to a man made beach with palapa umbrellas, private pier and saltwater pool.
