Main Hacienda: One of the last grand beachfront haciendas on the south shore at Punta Negra Beach, this classic-style villa is situated directly at the ocean's edge with the sound of surf set against swaying palm trees and gliding pelicans. On one level and designed so all rooms have ocean views and open onto an expansive lawn and tropical gardens, this home provides a heated pool, Palapa and grill area right next to the beach. The property is gated and child-safe to the beach.  A covered veranda runs the length of the horseshoe-shaped villa, offering the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Architectural details such as a brick fireplace, pitched ceilings with wooden beams and louvered doors accent the lush gardens and spacious pool area, and its location just ten minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta make this ideal for hosting large groups for family reunions or corporate gatherings. Accommodations include six bedrooms, each with private bath.  Each bedroom has a king size bed plus a twin bed.  All bedrooms are air conditioned.  The master suite has an adjoining room with two single beds, perfect to keep children nearby.  The private cook, maid and gardener will provide all you need to enjoy your relaxation at the edge of paradise.  Cook will do all food shopping for guests and prepare breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner.  Food and refreshments are not included in the rental rate.  Note: Main Hacienda: the main hacienda has a total of 7 bedrooms to accommodate a head count of up to 14 guests.  Additional guests up to a head count of 20 can be accommodated in the main Hacienda at $60/per person per night including tax.  Children under 10 years of age are free of charge.  Note: Guest House: 4 additional bedrooms, each with king size bed and private bath, are available in the villa's adjacent guest house at the following rate: low: $170. high: $200, Holiday: $285/per bedroom per night tax included.
