The media room also provides two day beds.  Beyond the main house, in the center of the estate, is the junior-size Olympic pool with chaise lounges and a guest house with two bedrooms, each with private bath and king-size bed, and a kitchenette. All rooms on the estate have central air conditioning.  Maids, cook, caretaker, gardener and bilingual property manager are included in the rental, catering to your every need. Miles of sandy shore along fabulous Banderas Bay inspire long walks, or you can lie under the palm trees on the private beachside patio and await another magnificent sunset.
